Building permits are available for lots in Phase 1 and 2, and will be available in Phase 3 in the fall of 2008;
Q: What other amenities will be offered within the community?
One of the primary benefits of The OAKS is that it is nestled away in a preserved urban forest, providing a natural environment that is breathtaking all year round. The developers will construct a linear parkway system along the main thoroughfare; this will lead to a large tract of mature forest. A series of wetlands, used to address land drainage, will serve as a picturesque and natural setting for native flora and fauna. While plans for play structures and water-access points are underway, these plans and those for other parklands and facilities will be finalized with resident’s input, as the community develops.
